The UN-CDF’s mission is to serve as the UN Flagship catalytic financing agency and capacitate cities in financing mechanisms for chosen environmentally sound projects through international, national or local coordination. On that matter, the City of Calapan is one of the three (3) cities in the Philippines that will be assisted by the UN-CDF.
