The ceremonial signing of Calapan City land use and zoning maps that was held on May 6, 2024, at

Calapan City Hall was not just a formality but a testament to the city’s commitment to orderly growth and development.

The maps, which were adopted by the Sangguniang Panlungsod per SP Resolution No. 1070 dated February 16, 2022, and City Ordinance No. 107 dated April 6, 2022, received the final ratification from the Sangguniang Panlalawigan per SP Resolution No. 5888-2022 dated August 19, 2022.

The ceremony was graced by the signatures of esteemed local officials, including City Mayor Malou Flores-Morillo, City Vice Mayor Rommel A. Ignacio, and Secretary of Sangguniang Panlungsod, Atty. Harvey Ecker A. Zamora, Secretary of Sangguniang Panlungsod, Ms. Diwata H. Fetizanan, Vice Governor Ejay L. Falcon, and Governor Humerlito ‘Bonz’ A. Dolor, MPA, Ph.D.
