Tuluy-tuloy sa pag-arangkada ang Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Calapan, sa pamamagitan ng City Agricultural Services Department, sa pamumuno ni City Mayor Marilou Flores-Morillo, upang tulungan ang mga rice farmer at hog raiser ng Lungsod ng Calapan.

Nitong ika-30 ng Abril, sa Demo Farm, Barangay Biga, sa pamamagitan ng Philippine Crop Inusrance Corporation (PCIC), nasa kabuuang ₱ 2,486,692 na halaga ng Livestock and Crop Insurance ang naipamahagi sa 120 benepisyaryong rice farmer at hog raiser na naapektuhan ng African Swine Fever (ASF). Kaugnay nito, katuwang ng Punong-lungsod, Mayor Morillo sa naturang distribusyon sina CALFFA Coordinator, Engr. Jasper B. Adriatico (CASD Focal Person), si Ms. Ruelita D. Nilo (PCIC Underwriter, Naujan-Puerto Galera).
