Through the Memorandum of Understanding/Agreement Signing Ceremony, the City of Calapan, Philippines, and the County of Wando, Korea, jointly agreed to strengthen mutual exchange, cooperation, and support in each field, including mutual culture, society, economy, and investment, and to supply seasonal workers to agriculture and fisheries villages in the County of 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼, 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮.

The Memorandum of Understanding/Agreement was signed by 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘂 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀-𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼 and 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 of the County of 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼, 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗪𝗼𝗼 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗹.
