UN-Habitat’s Healthy Oceans and Clean Cities Initiative (HOCCI) Culmination and Lessons Learned Conference

𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗼𝘂 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀-𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼 delivered “𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑮𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝑪𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝑪𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒑𝒂𝒏”, its approaches, policies, and community-driven programs that aimed at reducing marine plastic pollution and contributing to the global discourse on effective waste management.

Being a HOCCI partner city, Mayor Morillo shared Calapan’s accomplishments, experiences, and insights in implementing the Philippines National Plan of Action on Marine Litter.
