Land Transportation Office (LTO), ngayong ika-4 ng Mayo 2024 sa Barangay Lazareto. Ang kaganapang ito ay dinaluhan din ni City Councilor, Atty. Jel Magsuci, Chief of Staff Mr. Joe Umali, Ms. Mylene De Jesus, Ms. Agatha Ilano, at Barangay Affairs and Sectoral Concerns Head Mr. Jaypee M. Vega.

Sa pangunguna ni LTO Chief Officer , Chief Merwyn C. Quitain at sa inisyatibo ng Sangguniang Barangay at Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Lazareto, ang programang ito ay nagbibigay ng madaling access sa mga serbisyong legal at edukasyonal na may kinalaman sa pagmamaneho.
