In the past POPS, the issue of drugs, theft, and rape was given priority at VAWC because these are the three with high cases according to PNP and PDEA data.
Currently, drugs are still among the city’s top 3 highest cases, and VAWC. The number of thefts decreased but the number of vehicular accidents increased so this is one of the three issues to prioritize.
