Ang lahat ng may ari-ariang natitinag at hindi natitinag ay hinihikayat ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Calapan na magbayad

ng kaukulang buwis. Ipinababatid na hanggang Disyembre 23, 2023 lamang ang pag-avail ng 15% discount para sa taong 2024 at 10% discount naman mula Disyembre 24, 2023 hanggang Marso 31, 2024, ayon sa nasasaad sa 2011 Revenue Code ng Lungsod ng Calapan. Maaaring magtungo sa Tanggapan ng Ingat-Yaman sa City Hall upang ma-avail ang naturang discounts.
