Matagumpay na naisakatuparan ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Calapan, sa pamamagitan ng Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) at City Social

Welfare and Development Department (CSWDD) ang pagdaraos ng “National Disability Rights Week 2024” na nakaangkla sa temang “Promoting Inclusion: Celebrating Abilities and Advocating Access”, ginanap sa Nuciti Central Mall, Activity Area, Calapan City, nitong ika-30 ng Hulyo.
Nakapiling ni City Mayor Marilou Flores-Morillo, gayundin nina PDAO Head, Mr. Benjamin M. Agua, Jr., at CSWD Officer, Ms. Juvy L. Bahia, RSW sa nasabing aktibidad ang nasa kabuuang 186 na Calapenong PWD.
Binigyang daan sa nasabing selebrasyon ang mga aktibidad katulad ng PWD Assembly, Zumba Dance Contest, at Distribution of Assistive Devices, kung saan naipagkaloob ang (10) wheel chair, (2) walker, (1) orthopedic shoes, at (4) white cane.
