A significant Memorandum of Agreement was signed at the Office of City Mayor Marilou Flores-Morillo in Calapan City on July 4, 2024. The

agreement, representing a collaborative effort to enhance socialized medical healthcare services, was endorsed by key figures, including Atty. Rey Daniel S. Acedillo, City Legal; Ms. Julieta M. Paduada, RSW, Head of the Socialized Medical Healthcare Office; and representatives from major health organizations. Megalife was represented by Ms. Elenor P. Andal, while Labcure was represented by Dra. Eunice Christia S. Masaga and Dra. Abegail Aylette G. Barrientos.
Additionally, Dr. Arthur Rico Villafuerte, President of Mindoro Med, lent his support to the initiative. This partnership aims to strengthen healthcare provisions for the community, marking a milestone in Calapan City’s public health advancement.
