JOINT LOCAL HEALTH BOARD AND CITY NUTRITION COMMITTEE MEETING, ISINAGAWA NG LOKAL NA PAMAHALAAN

Bilang City Nutrition Committee Chairperson,

aktibong pinangunahan ni City Mayor Marilou Flores-Morillo, kasama si Acting City Administrator, City Legal Officer, Atty. Rey Daniel Acedillo ang isinagawang ” Joint Local Health Board and City Nutrition Committee Meeting” na pinangasiwaan ng City Health and Sanitation Department, sa pamumuno ni City Health Officer, Dr. Basilisa M. Llanto, ginanap sa Executive Conference Room, City Hall, nitong ika-14 ng Marso.

Iniulat sa pagpupulong na ito ni City Nutrition Action Officer, Ms. Glenda M. Raquepo, RN ang mga mahahalagang impormasyon, kaugnay sa Nutrition Program Accomplishment Report C.Y. 2023, gayundin ang aktibong paglahok at pakikiisa ng CHSD-Nutrition Section sa iba’t ibang aktibidad na inilatag ng lokal na pamahalaan.

Dagdag pa rito, inisa-isa rin ni Dr. Ma. Teresita Nieva-Bolor, MD (Calapan City Population Development Officer-Designate) ang accomplishments ng Population and Development Program ng City of Calapan, kung saan ilan sa mga ito ay mayroong kaugnayan sa Responsible Parenthood and Family Planning, Pre-marriage Orientation and Counseling, at Adolescent Health and Development.

Kasama rin sa binigyang pansin dito ang patungkol sa mga nakahandang programa, proyekto, at aktibidad sa lahat ng sangay ng City Health and Sanitation Department, para sa taong 2024, maging ang kasalukuyang estado nito at iba pang mga mahahalagang usapin kaugnay rito.

Samantala, ang naturang aktibidad ay dinaluhan din nina CDRRM Officer, Mr. Dennis T. Escosora, at CSWD Officer Ms. Juvy L. Bahia, RSW, kung saan nilahukan din ito ng Provincial DOH Office, DILG, DepEd, DOST-PSTO OrMin, Philippine Red Cross, Office of the City Mayor, UPDD, CBO, Office of the SK Federation, at Lingap Center.
