UMAGANG PUNO NG BIYAYA – Sa bayan o liblib na barangay man, prayoridad ni Calapan City Mayor Malou Flores-Morillo ang kapakanan at kalusugan ng taumbayan.

Ika-12 ng Marso, gumising ng may ngiti sa labi ang mga taga Barangay Sta. Cruz. Hindi masama ang panahon, pero inulan ang barangay na ito ng iba’t ibang serbisyo.

Ilan lamang sa mga naibabang serbisyo ang pamahalaang lungsod sa barangay ay ang Free Anti Pneumonia Vaccine, Free Medical Consultation, Membership & Renewal ng Health Card, referral para sa salamin sa mata at iba pa.

Hindi naman magkamayaw ang mga residente sa kanilang pipilahang libreng mga serbisyo, na abot langit namang ipinagpasalamat ng mga ito.

Bukod sa Free vaccine, health card services at libreng consultation, mayroon ring naiuwing facemask, alcohol, oximeter at vitamins ang mga nagtungo dito.

Ang naturang aktibidad ay naisakatuparan sa pamamagitan nina Dr. Von Lyndon M.
