CITY GENERAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT

            The City General Services Department (CGSD) is responsible for providing supplies and procurement services to all government departments and agencies, providing basic services when facilities are available, and carrying out inventory assignments of the City’s property, plant, and equipment, motor vehicles, and other machinery.

Mandate: Management of properties and supplies of the Agency.

Vision: Department with effective and efficient property and supply management and internal control system.

Mission: To ensure all resources of the government are managed, utilized, and safeguarded in accordance with the law and regulations.

OFFERED SERVICES AND PROGRAMS

  • PHYSICAL COUNT OF INVENTORY

It is a process of inventory in which a company physically counts and records the actual quantity of its inventory items on hand at a specific point in time. Physical inventory is done every March to May and October to December each year.

  • AIR (ACCEPTANCE INVENTORY REPORT) TO COA
  • CLEARANCE

Employees who are due for retirement, separation from service, transfer to other government agencies, departure from the country, or placement on maternity leave.

  • CONSOLIDATION OF PPMP TO THE RELEASE OF OFFICE SUPPLY PER QUARTER
  • INVENTORY CUSTODIAN SLIP/ICS DATABASE

Inventory Custodian Slip shall be used by the Supply Officer to issue tangible items amounting to P50,000.00 or below and which have a life of more than one year to the end-user to establish accountability over them.
