Pinagkalooban ng Sertipiko ng Pagkilala ang “TEAM YEHEY” sa pangunguna nina Mr. Ace Licop Abu at Ms. Nina Gaboy, bilang pagkilala para sa kanilang pagiging National Grand Champion sa Ideas Positive Run 11 at para sa napakahalagang kontribusyon nito sa Lungsod ng Calapan, sa pamamagitan ng pagpapatupad nito ng Project S.A.F.E. na matagumpay na nakapagsagawa ng inclusive disaster preparedness measures, na tumutugon sa pangangailangan ng Persons with Disabilities (PWD) sa Lungsod ng Calapan. Samantala, ginawaran din ng Sertipiko ng Pagkilala ang mahusay na empleyado ng pamahalaang lungsod na si Ms. Irene Kris P. Encarnacion, MMPA, para sa matagumpay na pagkumpleto ng kanyang degree ng Master in Management Major in Public Administration (MMPA) sa Philippine Christian University.
