Pinangunahan ang nasabing aktibidad ni Mayor Malou katuwang sina City Health Officer, Dr. Basilisa M Llanto, Dr. Maria Mencee Alferez – Rural Health Physician BEMONC Officer in Charge, Rural Health Physician Dr. Reo P. Ang BEmONC ay pambansang programa ng Department of Health (DOH). Layunin nitong mabawasan ang panganib at mortalidad sa panganganak ng mga ina at kumplikasyon sa mga bagong silang na sangol.
