2024 CALAPAN CITY EDUCATION SUMMIT

Kasabay ng pagdiriwang sa Kalap Festival 2024, inilunsad ang kauna-unahang Calapan City Education Summit nitong ika-18 ng Marso sa Calapan City Convention Center.

Layunin ng gawain na maitatag ang City-Wide Educational Development Plan upang masiguro ang pagkakaroon ng de kalidad na edukasyon sa Calapan.

Sa direktiba ni City Mayor Marilou Flores-Morillo, ito ay pinangasiwaan ng City College of Calapan at City Education Department sa pangunguna ni Education Summit Lead Convenor, Dr. Rene M. Colocar, College Administrator Dr. Ronald F. Cantos, at City Education Officer Myriam Lorraine D. Olalia.

Naimbitahan naman bilang mga tagapagsalita sina Ms. Susana M. Bautista – Calapan City Schools Division Superintendent, EnP. Joselito R. Bautista – City Planning and Development Coordinator, Dir. Agustin C. Mendoza – NEDA MIMAROPA, at Ms. Merigen Cafino – Representative of CHED MIMAROPA Regional Director Atty. Ryan L.  Estevez.
