Sa pangunguna nina City Mayor Marilou Flores-Morillo, Acting City Administrator at City Legal Officer Atty. Rey Daniel S. Acedillo, isinagawa ang unang pagpupulong ng Technical Working Group ng ‘PradyekLILA’

kasama si Atty. Phoebe De Mesa, ang Provincial Government Focal ng proyekto. Ang PradyekLILA, na inilunsad noong Marso 19, 2024, ay isang proyekto ng pamahalaang panlalawigan ng Oriental Mindoro at mga bayan nito, kasama ang DSWD, DILG, NBI, PNP, DEPED, at SARILAYA, na naglalayong labanan ang Gender-Based Violence. May apat itong pangunahing bahagi: Research, Documentation and Publication; Advocacy and Campaigns; Formation of GBV Watch Group; at Capacity Building, na nakatuon sa pagtulong sa mga biktima ng karahasan laban sa kababaihan at bata.
