Ang Pamahalaang Lungsod ang siyang nagsisilbi at maituturing na frontliners sa pagpapanatili ng

kapayapaan at kaayusan sa buong kalungsuran. Kaugnay nito, Biyernes ika-21 ng Hunyo, muling nagtipon ang City Peace and Order Council (CPOC), City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (CADAC), City Council for the Protection of Children (CCPC), Protect Monitoring Team for Children in Conflict with the Law (PMT-CICL), at Council Against Trafficking-Violence Against Women and their Children at Risk (CAT-VAWC-CAR) para sa isang pagpupulong, na pinangunahan ni Calapan City Mayor Marilou Flores-Morillo.

Ilan lamang sa nilaman ng nasabing pagpupulong ay ang sumusunod: Balik Eskwela Preparation, PNP BFP PDEA BJMP Quarterly Report, Status of Barangay Drug Clearing, Requirements for Drug Cleared City Application, PNP BaRCO at ilang updates pagdating sa usapin ng Children at Risk, Children in Conflict with the Law, Children in need of Special Protection, Violence Against Women, Special Protection Against Rape and Exploitation, at iba pa.

Nagpahayag naman ng pasasalamat ang Ina ng Lungsod sa lahat ng konsernadong indibidwal, opisina, tanggapan at ahensya na naroroon at nagpakita ng suporta para sa layunin ng isang ligtas at luntiang Calapan.
