Idinaos ang ikaapat na joint meeting ng City Peace and Order Council, City Anti Drug Abuse Council, City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, at ng City Council for the Protection of Children sa pangunguna ni City Administrator Atty. Reymund Al Ussam at sa tulong ni DILG City Director Ivan Stephen Fadri nitong ika-13 ng Disyembre sa Executive Department Building Main Conference Hall, New City Hall.
Unang tinalakay ni En.P Joselito R. Bautista, City Planning and Development Coordinator, ang proposed Peace and Order Public Safety Plan para sa 2023-2025.
Ipinrisinta naman ni Mr. Dennis Escosora ang Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plans at ang CDRRMC Resolution No. 07 (Resolution Adopting the Contingency Plans for Flood, Tropical Cyclone, Earthquake, Tsunami, Strom Surge, Emerging and Re-emerging Infectious Diseases and Human-induced Hazard for C.Y. 2023-2025 of the City of Calapan Oriental Mindoro) at 08 (A Resolution Adopting the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Managment Plan 2023-2025 to Support the Risk Reduction Activities in the City of Calapan, Oriental Mindoro) – 2022 na parehong naaprubahan ng konseho.
Bilang paghahanda sa pagiging ganap na child friendly city, ipinaliwanag naman ni DILG City Director Ivan Fadri ang Executive Order No. 14-A (An Executive Order Amending Section 1 of Executive Order No. 14, Series of 2022 Reorganixing the City Council for the Protection of Children and for Other Purposes); gayundin ay hinalayhay niya ang ang 2022 Child-Friendly Local Governance Audit.
Tinalakay din ni Director Fadri ang DILG MC No. 2022-123 o ang Guidelines for the Appointment of CSO Representatives to the CPOC and Approval of Request for Security Clearance.
Sa kadahilanang Holiday Season na, sinisigurado ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ang kaligtasan at kapayapaan dito sa Calapan at bilang aksyon, ibinahagi ng Calapan City Police Station ang ginagawa nilang paghahanda sa pagpapatrol lalo na sa pasko, pista ng Sto. NiƱo de Calapan, at sa Bagong Taon.
Samantala, ang Philippine Coast Guard ay ibinahagi din ang kanilang mga gagawing aksyon lalo na’t marami ang lumuluwas at umuuwi ng probinsiya ngayong buwan (Thea Marie J. Villadolid/CIO).
