The Regular Monday Flag Raising Ceremony of the City Government of Calapan was filled with meaningful programs and significant accomplishments under the leadership of Calapan City Mayor Doy C. Leachon and Vice Mayor Bim Ignacio.
Among the highlights of the program were the recruitment invitation of the Philippine Navy in line with the upcoming job fair spearheaded by the City Government of Calapan and the City PESO, the oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected Senior Citizen Presidents from the 62 barangays of the city, together with their respective Barangay Chairpersons, and the recognition of several employees of the City Government of Calapan who successfully passed the CSC Examination. Certificates were also awarded to the participants who completed the 3-day Safety Officers Training conducted by the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Department.
Indeed, the Monday program was packed with meaningful activities, positive recognition, and opportunities that reflect the city government’s continuous commitment to excellence and public service. More importantly, this gathering proudly highlighted another milestone for the city — the successful reacquisition of the ISO Certification by the City Government of Calapan, a testament to its dedication to quality governance and efficient public service.
