To promote the best Filipino hospitality, the Department of Tourism (DOT) spearheaded a training on the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) today, December 5, 2025 in partnership with Calapan City Tourism Culture and Arts Office headed by Mr. Christian Gaud. The said training aims to uplift the quality of tourism services and was graced by Dr. Freddie A. Quinito.
The one-day training featured interactive lectures, activities, and discussions designed to emphasize the core values of 7 M’S: May Pag-asa, Maka Diyos, Makatao, Makakalikasan, Makabansa, Masiyahin, at May bayanihan.
